The theatre managers of the silver screen have become demi-gods for many Telugu audiences, for the magnum opus Baahubali 2 : The Conclusion.

The bookings for the magnum opus movie, are immediately getting over, as soon as they are opened online. It is hardly taking few minutes for the tickets to get sold out. A known fact is that each single screen or multiplex holds some 40% tickets to be sold at the counters, and half of these tickets will be alloted based on the recommendations.

Now that the epic movie is ready for release, managers of some noted theatres in Hyderabad, are everyday getting up to large number of phone calls from the offices of ministers, MLAs, and even IPS officers, says reports. At the same time, a similar competition for the movie, can be seen by some big businessmen, film personalities, who are all exerting pressure on these managers to give them tickets.

Undoubtedly, all these managers, for the next couple of weeks, will be more than a Minister or an MLA, who could favor for the people calling them up. In a sense, they became demi-gods. Should we attribute this to the power of cinema?
