Salman Khan is currently shooting for his film Sultan in Bihargarh, a village in Morna Tehsil of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Speculating the fan frenzy on the beforehand, UP state government has reportedly deployed a 1,000-strong police contingent for the shoot.

The state police were strictly instructed, not to allow anyone to take the snapshots or shakehands with the star.

As per the sources, “Salman arrived late on Tuesday night in a convoy of a dozen cars amidst tight security. He is staying at a farmhouse in the outskirts of the village. As soon as word spread that the star would be arriving, multitude of his fans began thronging the area, but they were kept at bay.”

“Salman was escorted to the farmhouse from the back gate. He had over 20 bouncers accompanying him. The road leading to the farmhouse was closed for the public and only people associated with the film could enter the premises,” the source further adds.

Sultan’s shooting has begun in UP yesterday and reportedly, the crew is shooting some wrestling episodes.

In another shot, Salman was spotted lifting a tractor and some other scenes were shot in the local block office. Boards saying 'Haryana', in the shots, is raising the curiosity.

The source adds, “It appeared that they were recreating Haryana in UP. Onlookers wondered why they did not go to shoot in Haryana.”

Anushka Sharma is even part of Sultan and she completed her recent schedule in New Delhi and is not part of the current shoot. Anushka is busy with her own production, Phillauri on the other hand.
