The first teaser of Brahmotsavam which was released on the occasion of the new year, was opened to the mixed response.

Though the family environment throughout the trailer is eye catching, the audio in it has disappointed and was criticized by the critics.

Moreover the appearance of Mahesh Babu was allegedly similar to his looks in Srimanthudu. So, the teaser could not make any impact on the YouTube, even though a Super Star like Mahesh Babu has been featured in it.

So the makers this time, are coming forward with the promising teaser, keeping in mind, the bad experience of the first teaser.

Gifting the fans on the occasion of Ugadi, Mahesh Babu is planning the teaser on April 8th.

Speaking about the same, a source from the Brahmotsavam film’s production unit said, “More than 80 per cent of the shoot has been completed. A few key sequences and the film's climax is currently being shot, and the entire crew is excited about the film's outcome.”

“Obviously, it will be a big Summer release. We had initially released a teaser on New Year's Day (January 1) and now there will be another special teaser on the occasion of the Telugu New Year," the source added.

Kajal, Samantha and Pranitha Subhash are the female leads and Mickey J Meyer is composing the tunes for this Srikanth Addala’s directorial, which is being produced by Mahesh Babu himself.
