Chiru, Balayya, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh. The once top four heroes of Tollywood are being replaced by other heroes. But if all the senior heroes concentrate well, is it tough to come back to their position?
Starting with Mega Star Chiranjeevi, he is one such star, who retained his position on the top, for decades. But after he gave a break to the movies, it was thought that, the next in line, Balakrishna would grab that position.
But surprisingly, all the senior heroes have seen a downfall in their career and had to adjust in other positions. Meanwhile, the young heroes started scoring blockbusters and huge collections for their movies and they entered into the number game.
Currently, Pawan Kalyan and Mahesh babu are very near to the top chair. Now it is almost official that, other than these two heroes, there is no other hero, who could reach the top chair.
Meanwhile Prabhas surpassed all the records of Pawan and Mahesh, with Baahubali and his craze is much high. But there is a buzz saying that, Baahubali is Rajamouli's magic, but not Prabhas. So he would be adjusting in a comfortable position, which is next to Pawan and Mahesh.
On the other side, though NTR do not have his range of success in the recent times, he is counted in the number game. The whopping opening collections he get, for his movies, irrespective of the result, is making this possible.
After Magadheera, Ram Charan is receiving the moderate hits like Raccha, Nayak, Yevadu etc. So an average content with commercial values, is enough to make Ram Charan movie a success and this is the reason for him to be on the top list.
Along with Charan, another Mega hero Allu Arjun is also on the top list for his humorous performances and energetic dances.
But if concentrated well, Balakrishna has scope to come back into the number game, as his craze among the masses is undefinable till date. The recent blockbuster Legend is the example for it.
Needless to say, it is 'mass', that can get any star into the number game. So, another mass king, Chiranjeevi is all set to come with his 150th film, it should be seen, whether he competes with Pawan and Mahesh or falls in the list of other senior heroes.
However, Nagarjuna and Venkatesh are concentrating on family entertainers and does mass films occasionally. Moreover, they themselves specified that, they are not interested in the number game. So hope Balakrishna with his 100th film and Chiranjeevi with his 150th film, bounces back into the number game.
