Before the release of the flick, the satellite rights are being sold by the movie makers these days. There are a few reasons behind doing this.

Firstly, the percentage of hit movies is decreasing day by day, so to be on the safe side, the makers are cashing the craze on the flick beforehand.

How higher price the satellite rights are sold for, that much higher, the publicity would be among the audience regarding the film.

Coming to super star’s Srimanthudu, the satellite rights of the film are sold for a whopping amount of Rs. 10 crores. One reason for this range of craze is, obviously Mahesh and the other is, Director Koratala Siva.

Mirchi, which is directed by Siva is still doing magic on the small screen. Though it is telecasted number of times, the flick is managing to get high TRPs every time. So Zee Telugu took this point into consideration and grabbed Srimanthudu rights, before MAA TV grabbing it, as did for Mirchi. 

As known, the producer of the film is Mahesh himself, he is the sole owner of 10 crores offered by Zee Telugu.
