Puri Jagannath, the director of Heart Attack, has a fascination for Spain's beauty. Nithiin is currently living the Spanish dream while the team shoots for a major portion of Heart Attack. Visiting Europe is a dream for many, particularly after watching many picturesque movie scenes shot in the country. Nithiin is preparing to take us there once again and allow us to experience the exotic backgrounds through Puri's lens.

The team of Heart Attack has arrived in Spain some days ago and began their next leg of shooting for the romantic entertainer. Nithiin expressed his happiness by tweeting, “Now HEART ATTACK team in spain..lovely weather here.” After the cold comes the warmth and director Puri Jagannath is intent on giving a pretty good dose of romance to audiences with lover boy Nithiin taking the lead.

Adah Sharma is the female lead opposite the dreamy actor who stole everyones heart with Ishq and Gunde Jaari Gallanthaindi. For Puri, this is the next outing to Spain after Iddarammayilatho with Allu Arjun. With Anup Rubens giving the musical composition for Heart Attack, the film is set to continue the admiration Nithiin is receiving with the first look and teasers of Courier Boy Kalyan.
