After the super success of Chennai Express, Meenamma aka Deepika Padukone, is the jewel that everyone wants for their film. Our very own Pawan Kalyan also feels his Gabbar Singh character would have good chemistry with this Kannada cum Bollywood beauty.

If it works out, Gabbar Singh 2 would not be Deepika's first entry into Tollywood. Rajnikanth's Kochadaiyyan will release in Telugu also by this year end. Going by the latest news that the Telugu dubbing for the film is in progress, Deepika is sure to have a grand introduction to Tollywood.

Once everything falls into place, Shah Rukh's Meenamma will soon become Pawan's Bhagya Lakshmi. Incidentally, the original Bhagya Lakshmi, Shruti Hassan, is also enjoying similar perks of her recent successes with every director interested to have her in new projects. After Deepika's lovable portrayal of Meenamma, it does not come as a surprise that she is sought after in Tollywood too.
