Maryada Ramanna movie created waves in Telugu film industry due to the unique storyline and awesome taking of Rajamouli. This movie's success was so phenomenal that it even attracted film personalities from Bollywood, Bengal and Sandalwood to make film on Maryada Ramanna. And they all made it. Recently it was almost a hit in Bollywood (Son of Sardar). Now, the buzz is that Malayalam film makers too have showed their interest in remaking Maryada Ramanna.

It has to be noted here that Malayalam film industry is not the same as it was earlier. Many high budget movies are released there now. Many people in Kerala watch Telugu movies and there are many Malayali fans for our heroes such as Allu Arjun and that's the reason why Telugu films too get released there.
