Allu Arjun, Puri Jagannadh's combination movie-Iddarammailatho has two heroines. While Amala Paul and Richa Gangopadhyaya were confirmed to play opposite Allu Arjun, Richa got replaced by Tapsee. Although the news was confirmed by the film unit, there has been no official information as to why Richa was asked to move out of the project.

After success of Julayi, Allu Arjun signed this project with Puri Jagannadh. If buzz is to believed, the movie's shooting would be beginning sometime in December. The sources said that Puri Jagannadh is keen to release this film by next summer. Iddarammailatho is being produced by Bandla Ganesh.
