Reliance Jio is collaborating with Google and announced JioPhone Next. The smartphone which is aimed at providing smartphones for the entire nation will be available for sale from Diwali this year on November 4th. Due to the global chip shortage, JioPhone Next was delayed and Reliance made an announcement about the same. The users will have to pay Rs 1999 as the entry price and the rest of the amount can be paid in EMI options up to 24 months. JioPhone Next is priced at Rs 6499. A unique financing option is available for the users across the country. JioPhone Next will be available at the Reliance Retail outlets and JioMart Digital outlets.

JioPhone Next comes with several plans for the buyers. Always On Plan is available through Rs 300 for 24 months or Rs 350 for 18 months. For Large Plan, one can pay Rs 450 for 24 months and Rs 500 for 18 months. Buyers will be given 1.5 GB data per day along with unlimited calling option. The last one is XL Plan, the buyers can opt through Rs 500 for 24 months or Rs 550 for 18 months. They would get 2 GB data along with unlimited calling options per month. XXL Plan comes with Rs 550 for 24 months or Rs 600 for 18 months. The users get 2.5 GB data along with unlimited calls.

JioPhone Next is powered with Pragati OS, an Android version specially made for the smartphone. Google and Jio worked on the Operating System for months. JioPhone Next is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 processor and it has a 5.5-inch display. It also comes with 13 MP rear camera and 8 MP front camera.
