The International Olympic committee could no longer bear the intervention of the Indian government and has decided to suspend Indian Olympic Committee.

According to a popular news channel, IOC executive board had imposed the sanctions today after the national committee couldn't follow the rules of IOC.

The decision is yet to be made officially as the spokespersons told the press the same under conditions of anonymity.

The suspension would cost Indian committee the funding from IOC and would also be banned from all the events, and meetings that it conducts. No Indian athlete would be allowed to participate in the events while representing the nation.
