IPL-Royal Challengers Bangalore player, Luke Pomersbach’s molestation case is taking new twists and turns. There has been news in the air stating that the police forces revealed Luke Pomersbach admitting to the mischief. The news was it that Pomersbach allegedly hit the complainant’s fiancée after he interfered when Pomersbach touched the alleged victim inappropriately. The counsels of Luke Pomersbach have made it clear that Luke didn’t make any such confession.
A senior police officer reportedly said Luke didn’t confess to the crime officially and therefore his statement was not recorded. Acting on the second complaint of the alleged victim, Royal Challengers Bangalore team member K P Appanna was questioned by the police if he had threatened the complainant to which Apanna replied that he had gone out with other three members and denied the charges.
The sources even said that the police are not concentration on Appanna who can apparently become a key person to breakthrough the person. Whether or not Appanna would be looked upon as an accused on victim, the probe would ascertain, added the sources.
All in all, it looks like Indian Premier League players are entering news for all wrong reasons. Late last night two cricketers of Pune Warriors team were allegedly caught by Mumbai police at a rave party. How IPL is going to react on these issues is now widely being discussed not among just players but apparently among all circles. Luke Pomersbach is the name that’s being heard at many road side chai (tea) shops. (Phani)
