The Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation [GHMC] has served notice to Tollywood hero Venkatesh, asking him a clarification over the construction happening at his Filmnagar residence. GHMC in its notice stated that the construction is against rules and directed a detailed clarification on it within three dates.

GHMC has been very strict against the illegal constructions happening around Hyderabad. In the past, GHMC has done the same to unauthorized constructions at Madhapur and also served notice to hero Nagarjuna whose N Convention centre was allegedly constructed encroaching part of a near by lake.
