The Union Public Service Commission [UPSC] has postponed the preliminary exam scheduled next month as there is no clarity on the syllabus and exam pattern. The Central Government has urged the UPSC and committee members to postpone the exam till the issue is sorted out. There was an uproar in the Lok Sabha also today with RJD and Congress parties protesting.
