1. When it comes to my skin, I am a firm believer in going natural. To revitalise my skin, I always prefer to use natural fruit-based moisturisers, especially coconut-based products.

2. I make sure I oil my hair regularly for nourishment and strength. It is an excellent conditioner that helps maintain bounce and withstands all the experimentation my hair goes through.

3. Be smart and go natural. Using natural ingredients is the best you can do for your skin and hair and to be beautiful from within. For my skin, I could bathe in coconut milk all day long.

4. For my hair, it needs nothing less than a hot towel treatment with coconut oil. You can get the pampering you deserve, while getting the effective nourishment into your beauty quotient.

5. Sun safe is skin smart. Use a good quality sunscreen during the summer as well as winter months.

6. A half an hour daily exercise helps in keeping your mind and skin fresh. An activity of your choice is a must.

7. For a glowing face, proper intake of water is a must. In a day, one must take 2ltr of water. It cleanses the system from within and this reflects on the skin.

8. Coconut water is also a natural hydrant that cools your internal system and gives your skin a refreshed look. If you need an instant beauty shot, drink green tea!

9. It will be beneficial to exfoliate your skin at least once a week to maintain a fresh and brightened look. This removes the top layers of skin and reveals a lighter layer beneath as you literally peel off the dead cells and superficial pigmentation.

10. Use natural scrubs like crushed almonds for exfoliation of your skin. They are a safe yet works well.
