4 Simple neck exercises
1. Sit or stand straight. Now slowly move your neck upward, so that your eyes get fixed to the ceiling and mouth closed. Now, tilt your neck completely back and do a chewing action in that position. Continue for 30 seconds and bring back the neck to its original position. Repeat it 2 more times.

2.Sit or stand straight with mouth closed. Widen your mouth as much as possible. Tilt your head back. Remain in this position for around 30 seconds. After a short break, perform it for another two to three times.
3.Stand straight or sit in an upright position and tilt your head back, looking up. Move your lips as if you are kissing, and maintain the same position for few seconds. Perform it for a number of times taking intervals in between.

4. Stand or sit upright and widen your mouth as much as you can. Cover the bottom teeth with your bottom lip. Now expand the lower jaw 15 times by maintaining the same position.
