An NRI person who has allegedly eliminated his wife and children in the United States of America was arrested by the CID police would be produced before additional chief metropolitan magistrate's court in Delhi on Saturday. The accused Nerusu Lakshminivas Rao belongs to Vuyyuru of Krishna district.

Nerusu Rao who used to stay in the United States brutally murdered his wife who was 37 years old, his twelve-year-old son and fourteen-year-old daughter on October 13, 2008 in Michigan. Soon after the murder, he left for India. Since the crime was heinous, the US authorities then launched a probe and even issued red corner notices on Nerusu Lajsminivas Rao. It even intimated the crime committed by this person to CID.

CID sleuths then nabbed the accused in Andhra Pradesh and remanded his to judicial custody in Chanchalguda jail. Now, additional chief metropolitan magistrate's court wanted the accused to be produced before the court and therefore CBI will produce him before the magistrate today.
