Bollywood bad boy Salman is in trouble again for his infamous 2002 hit and run case. He has been summoned by the court following a complaint by a lawyer that claims that the evidence in the case was faked to manipulate the trial.

Abha Singh, the complainant furthermore claims that the police is favoring Salman and delaying the trail of the case that has charges against the actor for running over few people while driving his car under the influence of alcohol, killing one pavement dweller and injuring four others in  Mumbai's upmarket  Bandra area.
