The perfectionist Aamir Khan, has turned an inspiration to millions and millions around the world and India with his show Satyamev Jayathe which was widely features and broadcasted on several channels in different languages, dubbed and subbed. Time Magazine has acknowledged his genuine efforts striving to make the nation a better place to live and commemorated him by featuring his photo on the cover page.

Earlier he was a bollywood star who would work very hard to win the hearts of the audience. He has now broken the narrow casing labelled Bollywood and had taken to higher aspirations by making the dreams of reality come true. His show has alerted the Parliament which had also passed a few bills on his advice to tackle the social evils that feed on the nation's pride.

"He's breaking the Bollywood mold by tackling India's social evils. Can one actor change a nation?" the fine print on the cover page below the title "Khan's Quest". Covering several aspects like female foeticide, traversed over various burning social issues his show with the help of his crew has let the crowd come to know the problems hitherto unimaginable to the citizens. Most of his shows often moved audience to tears and beyond.

Time had earlier featured Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Parveen Babi on its cover and Aamir is only third Bollywood star to be featured on the cover of the prestigious Time. Whether he alone can change the nation or not is something we cannnot say but he alone had started the change and the 100 billion+ population of the nation would continue the momentum for sure.
