Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma, who are presently shooting for Karan Johar’s directorial, 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' had a fight during the shooting. In a scene, Anushka needs to tightly slap Ranbir.

Anushka, known to be an organic actress, slapped the actor so hard and multiple retakes ended Ranbir losing his cool. The actors previously worked together on Anurag Kashyap's 'Bombay Velvet’.

Ranbir and Anushka are really close friends. While shooting Anushka slapped Ranbir so hard that he got angry. Anushka apologized for that but Ranbir got angry and said, "There's a limit to it". Ranbir then goes on to add, "It's not a joke," still visibly upset having been hit too hard. Anushka herself can be seen evidently getting annoyed asking him if she did it on purpose.

Ranbir, already quite irritated, tells her he'd asked her not to slap him hard. She then asks the actor if he really was upset and Ranbir says he is. At which point the actress apologizes again, putting an end to the extremely heated exchange of words.

Well, we can only hope, all the friction and love have truly enhanced their performances on-screen! 'Ae Dil Hai Mushkil' is headed for a Diwali box-office clash with Ajay Devgn's 'Shivaay'.
