The sequels to the hit films can be worked out well in other languages. But there are rare instances where a sequel is a hit in Tollywood.

The same logic was taken out by the Gabbar Singh 2 team. Though the film is not a sequel to the previous one, it is still moving forward with the same title adding 2. The makers are planning to change the title now, as there is no such relevance to the previous film in anyway, and the number ‘2’ is reflecting the negative shade, keeping in mind the previous instances in Tollywood. 

If the buzz is to be believed, the makers are considering ‘Sardar’ as the title. In fact, this title was considered for Pawan’s Panja movie too. But at that time, as Panja ranked more, Sardar was kept aside.

But this time, the makers are showing the special interest on the title and are yet to get the nod of Pawan Kalyan. In once the king gives his nod, the soldiers would announce it officially.
