Master story weaver and versatile filmmaker Shankar seems to hold a high opinion on his female lead of 'I', an English import. Amy Jackson hails from London and has performed very well, claim a sources close to the crew.
The unit has recently landed in Chennai after extensively shooting at picturesque locations in China. Amy has been learning the ropes of the southern languages to be more expressive. That seems to have impressed the master story teller, as well. However getting acclaim from Shankar is not that easy!
Amy is paired with Vikram and the duo are sizzling onscreen. 'I' produced by V Ravichandran of Oscar Films, is being made simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi. A R Rehman does the tracks for the film. (Wishesh AarKay)
