Thandavam is getting ready for the mega release in Tamil Nadu. But its Telugu sibling Shiva Thandavam might be delayed owing to a huge release of Prabhas starer Rebel. As per the sources the the movie has been postponed to October 5, 2012, in Andhra Pradesh. The music composed by G V Prakash is already rocking the charts in both the states. In Telugu the film is produced by C Kalyan, but originally the Tamil version is produced by  UTV Motion Pictures.

The Vikram-Anushka starer film is eagerly awaited by his fans. The film revolves around Vikram playing a dual role. One is of a RAW officer out on an investigation and the other is blind man, who practices the technique of human echolocation. Another important issue is that Telugu leading hero Jagapati Babu, dons a negative shade character for the first time in this bilingual flick.

The others in the lead are Amy Jackson and Lakshmi Rai in the female lead. GV Prakash Kumar has composed music, while Nirav Shah cranked the camera for the film.
