There's a rumor in Tinsel town that southern bombshell Nayanthara who has comeback to films and signing movies has kept two strict conditions.The foremost one is that if she has to act in opposite to her ex-boyfriend Simbu's film only when the script really feels necessity for her role to play.  

The dusky babe has apparently been approached by Nick Arts Chakravarthy to play the female lead in a movie titled Vaalu, which has STR as the lead protagonist.

The actress reportedly demanded an whopping amount of Rs 3 crores as her remuneation.(As it is said to be never heard from any south heroine demanding such whooping amount)

The second condition of this actress was that Simbu must nok speak anything which pertains to her personally or come to her procession area.

Well it looks like a clever way of getting away from the contract.
