Ajith and Aishwarya Rai to team up after 22 years:- Tamil actor Ajith is all set to commence the shoot of his 62nd film and it will be directed by Vignesh Shivan. There were reports that Nayanthara will be the leading lady in the film but the reports are untrue. Bollywood beauty Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is in talks for the role of the leading lady in this untitled action entertainer. Ajith and Aishwarya Rai worked in Kandukonden Kandukonden in the year 2000 and they are re-uniting after a long gap of 22 years. An official announcement about the same will be made soon.

Ajith is currently shooting for his 61st film directed by H Vinoth and the shoot of the film is expected to be completed by the end of September. Ajith will join the sets of Vignesh Shivan's film in October. Anirudh scores the music and Lyca Productions will produce this big-budget attempt. More details to be announced officially soon. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has been quite selective and has not been signing too many films. She is also rumored to romance Rajinikanth in his upcoming movie Jailer which is directed by Nelson. The shoot of the film commenced recently.
