Netflix Loses 1 Million Subscribers in the Second Quarter:- Netflix is one of the biggest digital players and the top platform releases a number of originals in various languages of the globe. Netflix has millions of subscribers across the globe. The top digital platform lost close to 1 million subscribers in its second quarter of the year which is a shock for the digital platform. Netflix lost 9.7 lakh subscribers in between April and June this year. The platform also lost 2 lakh subscribers between January and March this year. Netflix has 221 million subscribers across the globe.
Netflix is left in shock after it lost the highest number of subscribers in the recent years. The digital player is also in plans to announce a new and affordable plan for everyone to access. Netflix is in talks with Microsoft for the new plan as it will have advertisements streamed between the content. Microsoft will take care of the commercials. Netflix also announced that they will charge for the password sharing soon so that there would be a limited access for a subscription. Add a Home feature from Netflix began in March and the testing commenced in Chile, Costa Rica, and Peru. It will be expanded to Argentina, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala.
