Prabhas' Adipurush to have a record number of VFX Shots

Young Rebelstar Prabhas is a pan Indian actor and he is all set to resume the shoot of his next film Radhe Shyam from this month. The actor has two more projects: one with Nag Ashwin which is a sci-fi film and the other film is titled Adipurush and it would be directed by Tanhaji fame Om Raut. Adipurush is inspired from the Indian epic Ramayana. Prabhas plays Lord Rama in the film and he would soon learn archery for the movie. The regular shoot of Adipurush will commence from the second half of 2021.

The film will have a record number of VFX shots and the makers allocated half of the film's budget for the VFX shots of the film. There are talks that most of the film's shoot will be completed on a green matte in a studio based in Mumbai. The makers confirmed that the film will have more than 45,000 VFX shots which is the highest for any Indian film. Kiara Advani is considered for the heroine's role and Saif Ali Khan is the lead villain in Adipurush. The film will be made on a budget of Rs 500 crores and will be shot in 3D. Adipurush will be produced by T Series and the film will have its release in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam languages.
