Keerthy Suresh soon started flooded with offers and the actress signed back to back films. Her recent offering Penguin released on Amazon Prime in all the languages. The horror thriller received mixed response which is not satisfactory. Keerthy Suresh also wrapped up the shoot of Good Luck Sakhi, a social drama that is helmed by critically acclaimed director Nagesh Kukunoor.
With the theatres closed due to coronavirus pandemic, the makers of Good Luck Sakhi decided to skip a theatrical release and head for a digital release. Good Luck Sakhi will release on Amazon Prime soon and the release date will be announced at the earliest. The digital streaming rights of Good Luck Sakhi are snapped for a price of Rs 13 crores for all the languages. Amazon earlier acquired the streaming rights of Penguin. Jagapathi Babu and Aadhi Pinisetty played other prominent roles in Good Luck Sakhi and Keerthy Suresh essays the role of a shooter in village-based drama. Worth A Shot Motion Arts are the producers.
