Tollywood Producers Looking Towards OTT Deals:- With the huge rise in the number of cases of coronavirus, it is almost clear that theatres would not open soon. Though if they get opened, the audience will not head to theatres until the cases of coronavirus comes to zero. At this time, several producers are looking towards OTT deals. Most of the producers produce films depending on financiers. With the interests heaping up and their films not releasing in theatres, several small films will now get a release on OTT soon.

The makers are holding talks with digital platforms to close the deals at the earliest. Telugu audience will see several small films releasing directly on the OTT platforms at the earliest. However several young actors are against this move though producers are keen to release them online. Several producers are in plans to take the final call on OTT screening after May 7th. If the lockdown gets lifted, several films would head for theatrical release, else they would head for digital release.
