Controversial Episodes From Sarkar Removed:- Vijay's recent outing Sarkar released during Diwali season and the film emerged as a winner. The film has a huge dose of political drama and is directed by AR Murugadoss. Some of the episodes in the second half did not go well with the AIADMK leaders of Tamil Nadu. They felt that some of the episodes criticized the development activities of the leading party and a character has been inspired from ex-Chief Minister Jayalalithaa.
With huge protests all over, the makers of Sarkar stepped down and agreed to chop off the controversial episodes from the film. The edited version will be screened from today afternoon shows across the globe. Several theatre owners revealed their feedback with the makers after which the scenes have been chopped off to prevent any unexpected controversies and issues. The woman's character name will be muted informed the makers.
On the otherside, with Tamil Nadu cops trying to arrest the director AR Murugadoss, he applied for an anticipatory bail at the Madras High Court.
