Pellichoopulu Actor Priyadarshi Opens About His Working Experience With Mahesh, Jr NTR:- In Telugu Cinema, the movie Pellichoopulu was a revelation. It changed the perception of the lot of people of budget-limited films. The film brought a lot of new actors to the forefront of Telugu cinema who are now part of bigger films in Telugu cinema.

One such talent who is scaling new heights in his career after the enormous success of the film, is Kaushik of Pellichoopulu, “Priyadarshi”. Within no time, he grabbed all the attention of the viewers and became a popular actor, courtesy his hilarious role in Pellichoopulu.

In an exclusive interview, Priyadarshi spoke about the films he is now acting in and his experience of working with big stars like Mahesh Babu and Jr NTR.

Speaking about the accolades he has been receiving for Pellichoopulu, Priyadarshi says, “After IIFA, Zee Cinemalu Awards and K Viswanath Awards, SIIMA is my fourth award. It is a great feeling to be recognized for the work you do, and as a beginner I could not have asked for more.”

Priyadarshi also adds it is the opportunity to meet and interact with bigger personalities from different film industries that he enjoyed the most, that more than the awards. “It is a wonderful feeling to meet and interact with such big stalwarts from different film industries. And to receive the award in front of such legends is something I will cherish for the rest of my life.”

Priyadarshi is now part of some big budget films like Mahesh Babu’s SPYder and Jr NTR’s Jai Lava Kusa. Talking about his experience of working with Jr NTR in Jai Lava Kusa, Priyadarshi says,” It is an amazing experience working with such big stars. Jr NTR is an amazing performer. During the shoot, we all would work very hard to get our lines and expressions right, but Jr NTR would walk in and get everything right in just one take. Such is his acting prowess.”

Talking about Mahesh Babu, with who he has worked in SPYder, Priyadarshi says,” I play a character named Vinay who is a friend/colleague of Mahesh Babu in the film. He is a very disciplined actor and gives one hundred percent while he is on the sets. He focuses so much on what the director wants from him and tries to deliver more than expected be it fights, dance or expressions. NTR and Mahesh, both are so dedicated and hard-working actors that you would just be amazed while working with them.”

Priyadarshi has also acted in Malayalam films this year, Takeoff starring Fahadh Faasil and Karu starring Sai Pallavi. Talking about Malayalam cinema, Priyadarshi says, “Great stories are happening in Malayalam. Films like Ustaad Hotel, Premam and Maheshinte Prathikaaram are such wonderful movies. The stories are deep-rooted to their culture and have a global appeal. When compared to Telugu cinema, the approach is very different in Malayalam.”

Talking about his upcoming projects, Priyadarshi added, “I am working on Yuddham Sharanam with Naga Chaitanya and MCA with Nani. I am also part of Ram’s movie with Kishore Tirumala, one with Raj Tarun and another one with Naveen Chandra which are yet to be titled.”

With such interesting and huge movies under his belt, Priyadarshi is definitely heading in the right direction in his career.
