Deepika, Gal Gadot Nominated For Teen Choice Awards:- For her breakthrough role in “xXx: Return of Xander Cage”, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone (31) has been nominated in the Teen Choice Awards. The actress will compete with the Wonder Woman “Gal Gadot” for the trophy.
For essaying the role of xXx agent Serena Unger, Deepika has been nominated in the Choice Action Movie Actress category. The actress in the flick, helps Xander Cage in saving the world. The film is directed by DJ Caruso.

In addition, her co-stars Nina Dobrev and Ruby Rose, who had key roles in the movie, are also nominated. Michelle Rodriguez for “Fate of the Furious” and Kaya Scodelario for “Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales” are among the others who are competing in the category.
For the Choice Action Movie Actor Category, Deepika’s co-star and film’s lead actor Vin Diesel has also been nominated.
Recently, the film’s director, DJ Caruso confirmed that Deepika will return for the sequel of “xXx: Return of Xander Cage”.
