Film Maker Ram Gopal Varma has always been on headlines either because of his comments or some or the other controversy. This time again RGV has shocked everyone with his latest film announcement.
The director announced that he is going to make a film onĀ Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekara Rao . He also described the CM as the `Telangana Bruce Lee'.
RGV announce his new project on a microblogging site, Twitter.
Speaking about what to expect, RGV said, "I am making a film called RCK, the reverse of what one doesn't know about KCR. RCK will be about the actual KCR and it will show him in his reverse form which will be the straightest ever."
"RCK will be about KCR's mindedness and not his outwardness (sic)," RGV said, ostensibly to explain that it will be about what and how the leader thinks.
Previously also, RGV has made comments about KCR's appearance. Along with RGV, Two or three other filmmakers have also expressed their interest in making a film on KCR, but nothing has been planned out yet.
According to censor rules, if a film is being made on a particular individual it I compulsory to get an NOC from that person stating that he or she has no objection to making a movie about him or her. KCR, however, did not give any permission to anyone to make a film on him.
RGV's project also raises some questions. His upcoming movie`Vangaveeti', is in the making now. While `RCK' have to be made in Telugu, the film-maker can anytime explain stating why this movie can be an exception.
