Here’s Pawan Kalyan’s fitness mantra

Pawan Kalyan, after his recent outing Sardaar Gabbar Singh, is now gearing up for his next project, under SJ Surya direction. Along with those details, the actor turned politician even revealed some interesting secrets about his fitness, in a recent interview.

Pawan Kalyan was identified for his different mannerisms in Tollywood and more than that, it was his martial arts, the actor performed in most of his beginning films, that made him what he is today.

However, as the stardom went on increasing, the star was not seen performing those arts in the films. But Pawan recently confirmed that, he is regularly performing it in his real life, and hinted that is his fitness mantra.

In that sense, not just for the fitness, martial arts also makes him attain self-discipline, Pawan Kalyan said.

Adding further, Jalsa star said that, he follows a strict Sattvic diet and has only one meal a day for six months in a year and specified that, he will eat more fruits.

Most of his fans are aware that, their star will not be seen much in the social gathering. Giving clarification for it, Gabbar Singh star said that, he does not like wasting his energy socializing and instead tries to put it in his work.
