Director Puri Jagannath, who recently threw out his team, finally brought in his son Akash Puri to assist him, in the direction.

It is known that, a team of about 25 people, who were working under Puri Jagannath since long, were threw out, after the fast track director felt that, the team lost co-ordination among themselves.

Director Puri is currently re-filling his office with the new team, and to the surprise, even Akash has joined the team, to assist his father.

Akash recently worked as a hero in Andhra Pori movie. But unfortunately, as the movie could not well at the box office, Puri reportedly suggested him to take a break of at least 3 years to come onto the screen as a hero.

But Akash, who is unwilling to take a gap, sought Puri to join the direction team and it was then, the little boy is allowed into his father’s team.

Akash earned a good fame as a child artist, through the films like Chirutha, Bujjigadu etc and he now crossed the age of performing the child artist roles. So, instead of risking his life, making the wrong choice of movies, it seems, Akash took a wise decision, joining in the direction team, isn’t it?

Even the top stars like Hrithik Roshan, Sonam Kapoor, Ranbir Kapoor etc, started their careers as assistant directors and that knowledge of film making nuances, helped them in churning out themselves as the popular stars today. Hope the same magic takes place with Akash Puri too.
