"I am in politics"- says Pawan Kalyan

Pawan Kalyan says that he is already in the politics and not distanced from it. Then where is the question of entering it now? Pawan Kalyan has been denying time and again that he is not interested in active politics as he is busy with his own profession. But still a section of media wants to question him on it and get some comment or other to speculate on it.

When a leading English Daily asked about his political plans, he simply tried to brush it off.  But when specifically asked why he is distancing from his brother’s political career and when he is going to enter politics again, Pawan Kalyan said in a lighter vein that there is no question of entering when he has not left it.

Success in films is not a gateway for political career. Not always and not for everyone.  Attarintiki Daredi film gave Pawan Kalyan a high position in the Telugu Cinema and also surveys revealed that he occupied good position nationwide. But it doesn’t mean that he has to go to politics as a continuation of it!

In the same way leaving a good film career for a political pursuit also may not be advisable in all the cases. The fans of an actor may not be useful in strengthening vote banking. Instead of seeing the hero’s good pictures in the news, only caricatures, criticism and jokes on them will take place the moment the hero opts to play a power game. It will be so even if one is power star.

There are many spoilers of a good career. A comedy or a character actor offered a hero or a heroine role normally deprive them of their assured offers later on as they cannot come back to accept those forgotten roles. Similarly a TV actor or an actress offered a role in a film also spoils the career of that TV star.

And Pawan Kalyan is aware of it as his statements indicate!
