Akkineni Nagarjuna's Bhai is getting all ready to hit the big screens on Friday. The movie is going to be a full time entertainer shaped under the direction of Veerabhadram. It is not a movie with a mafia background as the name suggests. The movie is produced under the banner of Annapurna Studios.  Richa is sharing her charm with Nag in the movie.  All this is ok, but what is Teja Bhai?  

Teja Bhai is a Malayalam movie in which Prithvi Raj played the lead role. It was released in 2011 and ran as an average flick. Story line of the movie Bhai is inspired by Teja Bhai but it is not called a remake because no remaking agreement is made and no payments are made to the producer of Teja Bhai.  

Secondly Veerabhadram penned here and there in the script to add, delete or amend some of the sequences to suit the Telugu audience and to peg the mistakes in the old script and also to call it his own.  

Whatever may be its DNA root and history, the movie is made as a thorough entertainer and ever youthful Nag is in the lead and coming to feed the film hungry Telugu cine lovers who always are optimistic when a new movie is released in spite of repeated flops they receive from their favorite stars.
