Ram Charan has been rocking the promotions of Zanjeer. He had patiently attended all of the 'many' promotional activities, including appearances in Jhalakh Dikhlaja and Indian Idol Juniors. Counting the interviews, Charan sure had a busy and stressful month awaiting the release of Toofan and Zanjeer.

Speaking of Toofan, he did say that politics should not be mixed with Cinema. However, a long standing sinus condition came back to trouble him in the past few days. Toofan headache or not, his bothersome sinus issue has been causing a lot of discomfort for the harassed actor.

It will be a relief once the films release on 6th September, which is tomorrow. His troubles will suddenly vanish as Charan will be admitted to Apollo hospital for a quick surgery. Also, since he had received his remuneration, the fate of Toofan is not as big an issue as it it made out to be.

Again, speaking of remuneration, Charan had reportedly made a record for the highest paid south debutant in Bollywood. He was apparently paid Rs 12 Crores, especially considering the grand release of Toofan in Andhra Pradesh. If anyone is losing from Toofan at this point, it is only the distributors.

Bollywood has no choice but to take Charan seriously. What say ACP! Zanjeer/Toofan is produced by Reliance and directed by Apoorva Lakhia. The films also stars Priyanka Chopra, Sanjay Dutt, Prakash Raj and Srihari.
