Akkineni Nagarjuna, whose Damarukam got postponed due to the non-availability of theatres on account of Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu, has reportedly lashed out heavily on the distributors of Damarukam. He was said to have questioned the distributors over the same. Without checking the availability, producer announcing the release date irked Nagarjuna. The moment Damarukam got postponed, there was so much of news on internet stating that all that was an impact of Cameraman Gangatho Rambabu (CMGR) and that was in fact true.

The sources said that it was only due to the pressure from the distributors, which made Damarukam to announce the date as October 20 and now it got postponed to 24th. One has to wait and watch whether Damarukam would at least be released on Dasara.
