Gorgeous Lakshmi Rai is all fixed to do a peppy item number in an upcoming Tollywood film, which stares Superstar Nagarjuna and Anushka. Probably this peppy number could change the fortunes of this star who did not get due recognition from earlier film with another Superstar Balakrishna in 'Adhinayakudu.'Lets hope that this peppy score with raunchy moves brings luck to the Kannada born Tamil Star.

The film in question is Damarukam directed by Srinivasa Reddy and produced by Venkat for RR Movie Makers is to hit the theaters in October this year. Sources say that the choreographer tried his best to quench the thirsts of the fans and was duly aided by the costumer too. The star is ready to groove for the peppy number composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
