Action Hero Rajasekhar met with an accident on the sets of his upcoming movie 'Mahankali' on Monday.

Immediately he moved to Apollo Hospital in Chennai. He met with minor injuries to his hands and forehead. It was happened while shooting the action sequences, outskirts of Chennai.

Rajasekhar will be seen as a tough police officer in this action flick while Madhurima

is playing the lead opposite to him. Director karthikeya asked about his situation, Doctors said, he need to take minimum of 20 days bed rest.
