Ace tennis player, Maria Sharapova beat Alexandra Cadantu of Romania to cruise into the second round of French Open on Tuesday. With a clean score of 6-0, 6-0, the game was completely one sided and exciting to watch too. Maria Sharapova left no stone unturned. She made sure that she didn’t lose even a single point. Her exciting play was real feast to eyes of any tennis player.

Another tennis player to advance to the second round of French Open was Wimbledon champion, Petra Kvitova. This player lost the opening game and won six straight in first set against 16-year-old Australian player, Ashleigh Barty.

It may be noted that Petra, who is a left handed player, won Wimbledon and WTA Championships. She is currently the fourth seed and tennis experts are of the opinion that she would soon improve her ranking.
