Sachin beside Bradman in Museum, honor to Master blaster

Cricket Australia will ever be enchanted with sweet memories of the legend Sir Donald Bradman, who is a connoisseur in his field and incomparable to any other. But the legend himself is to have told his wife that, little master Sachin Tendulkar, resembles him while on the field. Truly a moment of honor for the man who has made tons and tons of records punishing the ball, all over the oval, at any given point of time.

In the honor to the legend there is a museum in his home town in Bowral. Since the legend himself felt that the master blaster resembles him on field, the organizers want to have a statue of the present legend beside the late legend as honor to the sport. In fact the authorities have approached the little master over the issue, but Sachin seems to have told them not now, due to hectic schedule. But he promised to come back soon, as it was honor to him to stand beside his `hero’ forever.

The Museum is located alongside Bradman Oval where Sir Donald Bradman cricketing career began. With six galleries, a hundred seat theatre, special exhibitions plus a wonderful collection of memorabilia, rare archival film footage and photographs, the Museum provides hours of entertainment. The Museum precinct is also home to a life size Bradman bronze statue and the Sir Donald & Lady Jessie Bradman Garden where their ashes were scattered in October 2001. (AarKay)
