India routes Bangladesh in AG Hockey

Two-time Hockey champions India beat Bangladesh today 9-0 to fetch their second successive victory in Asian Games hockey competition,Rajpal SinghGroup B men’s league of the Asian Games hockey competition being played at     Guangzhou in China.

The Indian team, brilliantly led by , will now clash with arch rivals Pakistan on November 20 in another league match.

The match looked totally a one sided affair as the Indian players went on the offensive and did not allow the opposite team to recover at any point of time.

Sandeep Singh, who led the onslaught with his penalty tries, scored the second goal in the 13th minute and the last goal was scored by Dharamvier Singh in the end.
