West Indies, chasing a target of 244 runs, lost five quick wickets in 20 overs for a thin score of 118 in their World Cup Group B encounter against England being played at Chennai on Thursday.
Earlier, England won the toss and elected to bat on a sticky wicket and made 243 in 48.4 overs losing all the wickets.
Davon Smith, Chris Gayle, Darren Sammy, Darren Bravo and Davon Thomas lost their wickets for 10, 43, 41,5 and 9 runs respectively.
England must win this last league encounter in the Group B to enter the quarter finals of the World Cup. Jonathan Trott top scored for England with 47. If England loses this match, Bangladesh will enter quarter finals and England will have to fly to London back.
