The Aus Open Doubles elusive for Bhupathi-Paes

America's top seed double pair Brian Brothers have had the final say in the 2011 Australian Open Men's Double Aus Open Doubles, bhupathi-paes, brian brothers, french open, wimbledon open, Runner-up Trophy, 2006 aus open, 2009 aus openevent played at Melbourne today. In the summit event played at Melbourne, the American pair, Bob Brian, Mike Brian, trounced the Indian duo Mahesh Bhupathi-Liander Paes 6-3, 6-4 in different sets in a convincing style.

The famous Indian duo, popularly hailed as the Indian Express, could not conquer the coveted title Aus Open despite winning major titles like the US Open, Wimbledon, French Open Double titles in their sporting career. In 2006, Leander Paes combined with Czech Republic's Martin Dam reached the Aus Open Double's final, only to be content with the Runner-up title. Same was in the case of Mahesh Bhupathi, who partnered with Bahamas' Mark Knowles, in the 2009 Aus Open Title, ended up with the Runner-up Trophy. Entire nation pinned its hopes on the Indian tennis-duo but the pair disappointed the Indian fans yet again succumbing to the supremacy of Brian Brothers in the final.
