Facebook has added Apple TV and Chromecast support in its network to help users stream video on big screen whenever they wish to.

Facebook has introduced a small button right, a TV-like icon, which could be on the top right corner of their smartphone, while they stream a video. The button will provide users with an option to select one of the supported device-Apple TV or Chromecast.

Whether you are hanging out with friends or just relaxing on the couch by yourself, we hope you enjoy this new way to watch videos on Facebook,” said Facebook Product Director Brent Ayrey in a blog post.

On the plus side, while users are watching a video it on TV, Facebook is allowing users to access the social media website for other purposes, including news feed and stories.
