Lara Dutta’s Weird Act Stuns Hubby Mahesh Bhupathi:- The Mumbaikars have been experiencing problems due to the heavy downpour of rainfall, which recorded 200mm on Tuesday. This was nine times more than the average recorded.
People who were stuck outdoors tried to evacuate themselves safely, while few staying indoors also experienced a few problems, and one among them was former Miss Universe Lara Dutta.
Lara used her husband Mahesh Bhupathi’s towels from major tournaments of Wimbledon U.S., Australian and French Open, to clog the water. She has done this weird act in an attempt to stop the unending rain water from entering the large glass doors of her house.
She even took it to the micro-blogging site, Twitter showing rolled up towels against large glass doors, and further tweeted.

Mahesh Bhupathi who was angry at this weird act was quick enough to respond to his wife’s antics.
He tweeted :

Bhupathi who won the Australian Open twice (both mixed doubles), French Open four times (two men’s and two mixed doubles), Wimbledon thrice (two mixed and one men’s doubles) and the US Open also thrice (two mixed and one men’s doubles).
Towels have been very dear to tennis players as memories, as they play the biggest tournaments and Bhupathi is also known to have an admirable collection of towels.
High alert has been sounded by the Maharashtra government and civic authorities as torrential rains lashed Mumbai, Thane, Palghar, Raigad and other parts of the state for the fourth consecutive day. This has severely affected normal life and halted local train and bus services in the State Capital.
