T20 Series: India Bag The Series After Back To Back Victories:- Team India is touring in Australia and lost the one-day series by 1-2. The T20 series is currently on and India registered back to back victories and bagged the T20 series against Australia. After winning the first match, the second T20 took place in SCG. India won the toss and decided to bowl first. Australia registered a record total of 194 for the loss of 5 wickets in their innings. Matthew Wade (58) was the top scorer and Steve Smith (46), Moises Henriques (26) contributed their part. T Natarajan (2/20) recorded the best numbers among the Indian bowlers. Shardul Thakur (1/39) and Yuzvendra Chahal (1/51) was decent.
India chased the total in a comfortable manner. Shikhar Dhawan (52) was the top scorer for the side and Hardik Pandya (42 not out) was terrific in the last overs. Virat Kohli (40) was good and contributed his part. India chased the total in 19.4 overs and Mitchell Swepson (1/25), Adam Zampa (1/36) and Daniel Sams (1/41) are good among the Australian bowlers. Hardik Pandya was awarded with the Player of the Match award. The third and final T20 match will take place tomorrow after which India will fight against Australia in a four-test match series.
