India Caps Off 2019 With a Series Win Against West Indies:- After winning each one-day, India and West Indies fought in the decider last evening. India won the toss and offered West Indies to bat first in third ODI. West Indies managed to get a remarkable score of 315/5 in their 50 overs. Nicholas Pooran (89), Kieron Pollard (74 not out) and Shai Hope (42) are the top batsmen for the West Indies side. Navdeep Saini (2/58), Ravindra Jadeja (1/54) and Shardul Thakur (1/66) managed to bag the wickets of West Indies batsmen.
Chasing 316, Team India never struggled and they have dominated their part in their 50 overs. Indian skipper Virat Kohli (85), KL Rahul (77) and Rohit Sharma (63) made things comfortable for their side after which Ravindra Jadeja completed the game in style. Keemo Paul (3/59), Alzarri Joseph (1/53) and Jason Holder (1/63) have been decent among the bowlers. India bagged the series by 2-1 against West Indies with the victory. Virat Kohli has been named as the Player of the Match while Rohit Sharma bagged the Player of the Series award.
